Property management is performed by our professional property managers who are experienced in managing various types of properties such as residential, commercial, industrial, and retail.

Administrative Management

We have a documentation management strategy combined with record keeping protocols allowing us to be as efficient as possible. As an example, we record all correspondence and interactions. This allows everyone in our company to be able to assist you in real time where possible. All notices and required mailings are sent in compliance with the requirements of the Condominium Act.

Physical Maintenance

Properties are inspected regularly by the Property Manager, ensuring contractors are providing quality service. Properties are cross inspected quarterly, by an unbiased representative of the Company. This brings a fresh set of eyes into the building — your investment is important and we insure it stays top notch. Our inspections include legislative and building code compliance, curb appeal, and risk mitigation.

Preventative Maintenance

Pro-active management is the key to long term cost effective operations of the infrastructure of your property. We will work with you to create a 1, 3, and 5-year plan for your building and help you implement a plan to achieve those goals. In a world where costs are increasing, we are always investigating and presenting the best possible solutions that will save you money.

Financial Management

We provide balanced, monthly financial statements that are well organized and easy to read which leads to low annual audit costs and allows anyone to read and understand the financial report. Each community is unique, we will work with you to ensure your collection and pay policies are meeting the needs of the community and are compliant with necessary legislation. We have negotiated exceptional banking arrangements for our clients resulting in low banking costs and often our new clients see a reduction!
